Procedure for UPDA Registration in Qatar

Register online for a Hukoomi account using your Qatar ID and mobile number. After your mobile number and Qatar ID are verified, your Hukoomi account will be successfully created.

The MME list of approved universities must include your university. If not, you must notify the MMUP office.

Mark sheets, degrees and other important papers must be properly certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar as well as the appropriate authorities in your place of birth.

You must get a Police Clearance Certificate from the relevant Embassy of your home country in Qatar. In the same way, a Police Clearance Certificate from Qatar must also be submitted. The Crime Investigation Department is the one that provided this clearance certificate.
